Why we Already Eat While Still Hungry


Do you still feel hungry after eating? This is a common problem that is common to many people, especially those who try to lose weight. Here are five reasons why we are still hungry after eating.

You Might Eat Too Fast. If you're always hungry after a meal, maybe you eat so fast that you do not give a time on satiety hormone to work, these hormones are usually worked for about twenty minutes. One study showed that men who ate ice cream fast does not have the same sense of satiety than people who eat ice cream more slowly. Therefore, enjoy your food, and do not be too quick to eat.

You Might Not Eat Enough Protein and Fiber in Your Food. You still feel hungry after a meal, maybe just because you do not eat enough protein and fiber in your diet. Protein and high fiber foods, causing a greater production of hormones to suppress the appetite. With a little extra fat (unsaturated) can help suppress appetite.
