Cooking About "Masala Chai Tea" |Preparation| How to Prepare

Cooking About Ingredients for portions
  • 6 cup / s of water

  • 4 cup / n milk

  • 6 cardamom - Capsules, Green

  • 4 clove (s)

  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds

  • 1 teaspoon aniseed

  • 1 stick / n cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ginger, fresh, finely chopped

  • 4 tablespoons of tea, black

  • 6 tablespoons honey

    Preparation

The ingredients to bring other than milk and black tea in a pot to boil and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Now add milk and 5 min. continue to simmer. Add black tea, cook briefly and take 3-5 minutes. Then strain through sieve and sweet as desired. Serve hot.

Alternative Tip: the spices in the pan without oil pan and then pour in milk and water!
